This is Leo, he was rescued on the east coast of Florida. Guardians of Florida Animals Rescue, stepped up to help this little guy out, he was alone and left to die on the streets. He had horrible skin and eye issues, and a broken back leg. She was able to get him to a vet in Miami that was willing to do the surgery once payment was provided. Deck the Paws saw this post on social media and immediately knew we had to help. Because of our amazing Donors, Deck the Paws was able to pay for Leo’s surgery, $4,0000, making this the biggest donation Deck the Paws has done. Sherri from Guardians, has kept us up to date with Leo’s progress, he has really come a long way.
